My first passion was chemistry and the occurrance of color in organic crystals, dyes, natural products, and gems, agates and minerals. I collected colorful fabrics for sewing and quilting, colorful yarns for knitting, I painted with acrylics and watercolors, selected brilliant flowering plants for my garden, hatched tiger swallowtail butterflies, delighted in sunlit stained glass, sought out patterns in natural wood, dabbled in ceramics, explored fractal art, and finally discovered lampwork art. |
| For me, melting colored glass is the ultimate enjoyment of my color addiction. |
